SHIPPING POLICY
At The SuS Shop, we are a print-on-demand company, and it will take 1-3 days for your order to be processed and fulfilled. Delivery times typically range from 3-18 days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please note that shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any customs, duties, or taxes applied are the responsibility of the customer. If you submitted the correct delivery address and the order has not yet reached you, we recommend checking with your local post office and informing us within 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For any damaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: the following products are not eligible for return: White Glossy Mug.
At this time, we are unable to offer refunds for items returned due to buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing and incorrect delivery address. Therefore, we ask you to choose the correct size options that are most suitable for you.
